LÁSER medición 3D (método de triangulación) CV

The Type CV is a multiple laser line, full-pro le scanner. This model is incomparable to measure the shape of an object in three dimensions by the principle of triangulation. The Type CV scanner projects 6, 8, 10 or 12 laser lines on an object and the CCD camera’s pixels, capture the XY coordinates along the laser lines to digitize the shape of the object. The Type CV scans up to 120 scans/second in its field of view. This model also allows a single scan (“snapshot”) or, using an encoder, the scan data can be filled in as the object is moved.

CHARACTERISTICS OF TYPE CV MODEL

  • 12 to 24 volt DC
  • Smallest laser spacing in the industry
  • Designed to operate between 14°F to 122°F (-10°C to 50°C)
  • Up to 120 scans per second
  • Visible laser line for alignment
  • Dedicated laser power supply
  • Stores and sends XY data measurements on request
  • TCP/IP external link via simple function (DLL.)
  • Modules and device technology

TYPE HD/LD

The Type HD will increase productivity by measuring the size and position of an object with the highest precision available in the industry 0.040 in. (1 mm) and with high speed. Information transmitted over the serial port can be done in two different modes: scanning mode or monitor mode. There are five scanning modes. The HD model works with a margin of misalignment of +/-10° between the transmitter and the receiver in both the horizontal and vertical plane. These devices are completely waterproof and are equipped with a remote control in order to modify the parameters, and to allow modifications to be done at the scanner level. The LD model has an accuracy of 0.160 in. (4 mm), making it an alternative when the high precision of the HD is not required.

CHARACTERISTICS OF TYPE HD/LD MODEL

  • 24 volt DC power supply
  • Programmable minimum detectable object size
  • Designed to operate from -40°F to122°F (-40°C to 50°C)
  • Five scanning modes
  • Digital display results
  • Visual state of each remote control cell
  • Calibration of conveyor
  • RS – 422 serial link
  • Two analog outputs of 4-20 mA
  • Two operating modes

TYPE P

To increase – productivity– accuracy and – reliability of your machinery, ScanMeg designed the Type P to meet your special requirements. This unit, depending on the model, detects the size of very small objects, 0.1 in. (2.5 mm) and range up to 100 ft (30 m). The Type P scans up to 1,500 scans per second and even works with a margin of misalignment of +/-10° between the transmitter and the receiver in both the horizontal and vertical plane. This model reduces machinery downtime with its operation and simple mechanical, 3-position snap-in bracket, enabling a quick change of the photocell in 5 seconds, thus not disrupting the productivity of one’s operation. The units are designed to operate in temperatures between -40°F to 122°F (-40°C to 50°C) without requiring heating or cooling.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE TYPE P MODEL

  • 24 voltDC power supply
